Guardian documentaries presents: Three short films about Britain
Thursday 14 June 2018, 6.45pm–8.15pm
Rio Cinema, London

Join us for the opportunity to watch three new short documentaries about people coming to terms with modern Britain. The films include two as yet unreleased online and follow stories about Grenfell, racism and refugees, and have been made by the Guardian and some of the best short documentary makers in the UK.

The three documentaries are Black Sheep, about the compromises one young man had to make to fit in after suffering racist attacks; The Tower Next Door, about the residents of the block next to Grenfell as they attempt to face the future; Little Pyongyang, about the lives of North Koreans in New Malden, the largest community of North Koreans in Europe as they attempt to navigate two cultures.
