Civil rights groups on high alert for cyberthreats as they register minorities

  Get-out-the-vote campaigns targeting minorities rely heavily on social media to reach voters and share information, including where and how to register. But civil rights groups worry that use of social media comes with the risk of manipulation and hacking by Russians and others, so they're taking it upon themselves to beef up security ahead of November's critical midterm elections.
