North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and South Korean President Moon Jae-in agree to new steps to denuclearize Korean Peninsula; Kim promises to visit Seoul

  During a news conference in Pyongyang on Wednesday, Moon said North Korea will dismantle a missile engine test site in the presence of international inspectors, adding that Kim has agreed to visit Seoul in the near future.
