Death toll from Northern California wildfire jumps to 23 after 14 more bodies found, sheriff says

  The Camp Fire is now the second deadliest wildfire in California history. Butte County Sheriff Kory Honea confirmed Saturday the 14 additional fatalities from the blaze.
