Democrat Tony Evers upsets Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker in his bid for a third term, AP reports

  Democrat Tony Evers defeated incumbent Republican Gov. Scott Walker, who was seeking a third term, according to the Associated Press. Walker had gained national attention, and beat back a recall effort, because of his rollback of bargaining rights for unionized teachers. Evers, the state schools superintendent since 2009, accused Walker of being divisive and of underfunding education.
