Welcome to USA TODAY Sports' NBA Click & Roll newsletter.

This is where we bring you content from across the USA TODAY Network, catching you up on the biggest moments, quotes and news from the week.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE CELTICS AND ROCKETS?

We'll save you the cliched "Houston, we have a problem" intro and just say this: The Rockets aren't nearly the same team they were last year, and their 13th-place spot and 26th-ranked defense prove just that. Things haven't been much better in Boston, where the Eastern Conference favorites have limped out to an 11-10 start.

QUICK DISH: THINGS YOU MAY HAVE MISSED

- JIMMY BUCKETS: The newest 76er hit two game-winning 3-pointers in a span of eight days ... from the same spot on the floor.

- 5X5: What can't Anthony Davis do? Don't answer that. He can do anything.

- ROYAL FAMILY: LeBron reiterated his desire to keep playing until his son, eighth-grader LeBron James Jr., is in the NBA. Please, basketball gods, make this happen. Better yet, let them team up in Cleveland (where LeBron received a hero's welcome in his return with the Lakers) and lead the Cavs to the 2025 title.

- JIMMER TIME: Former lottery pick and college hoops star Jimmer Fredette, who earlier this month scored 75 points (!!!) in a game in China, wants another NBA shot. "This time, I'll succeed," he said.

- SIGN MY BABY: JaVale McGee autographed a newborn before Tuesday's Lakers-Nuggets game. That is all.

- KA-WHY? Kawhi Leonard's time in San Antonio is over, but the barbs continue. Gregg Popovich told reporters over the weekend that "Kawhi was a great player, but he wasn't a leader or anything." Kawhi responded , "It's just funny to me ... but I guess when you stop playing, they forget how you lead."

- UNDER THE RADAR: Here are nine players who are quietly balling this season.

- (EXPLETIVE) THANKSGIVING: Kyrie Irving, who has Native American roots, made a profane comment  about Thanksgiving to a reporter following a loss to the Knicks. He later apologized on Twitter, writing in part: "I spoke w/ frustration after last night's game and spoke words that shouldn't be in a professional setting no matter what. Meant no disrespect to the Holiday and those who celebrate it respectfully."

- STEPH CRASHES: The Warriors' two-time MVP was involved in a three-car crash Friday morning, but he walked away unharmed. Of course, the collision was captured on dash-cam video by a driver going the opposite direction.

- DEFIANTLY DIFFERENT: Pistons wing Reggie Bullock, whose transgender sister was murdered in 2014, won't let her death be in vain. He's channeling his pain and anger to become an advocate for the LGBTQ community.
