UPS driver Gregory Watkins has delivered to the same Smithtown, NY neighborhood for 13 years. He's seen kids in the neighborhood grow up before his eyes, and he always waves to everyone he sees. His impact inspired the neighborhood to throw him a celebration to show him how essential he truly is.
