COVID-19: OUR DAILY BREAD CARES In many parts of Africa, and the world over, the restrictions imposed by governments as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic might be easing up, but that doesn’t mean we should abandon the recommended safety protocols nor jettison our need to keep praying. As a matter of fact, if anything, we need to be more fervent and intentional in our prayers unto God and continue to thank Him as we look forward to the roll back of the Covid-19 pandemic. James 5: 16b NLT “……….The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results”. Here in our Daily Bread, we want you to know that we are praying for you, because We Care. Although COVID-19 has caused many churches to close their doors and stop physical services, it has opened up new opportunities for people to join corporate worship and to connect in new ways. As churches begin to re-open, perhaps we can look at some of the modifications we’ve made in the past few months, and consider how we can continue to help and reach out to God’s people even after the worst of the pandemic passes.
